MOTOMETER Production is the specialized division of the MOTOMETER Group for the development and series production of technical films, decorative foils and cover glasses under ISO Class 6 cleanroom conditions. We combine long‑standing automotive experience with modern cleanroom manufacturing and see ourselves as a development partner that accompanies your ideas from concept to series‑ready solution.
Who we are
As part of the MOTOMETER world, we stand for precision, reliability, and technical excellence. For more than a century, MOTOMETER has supplied displays and measuring instruments for automobiles – we continue this DNA in the field of technical films and cover glasses. In our printing facility and cleanroom production, we develop custom solutions for HMI surfaces, decorative films, cover glasses, and electronic front films. We combine conventional screen printing with modern processes such as inline lamination, 3D‑formable coating systems, specialized drying methods, and automated die‑cutting. This enables us to produce both complex products and high volumes in a cost‑efficient manner and with consistently high quality. Thanks to our clear strategic focus on films, we do not compete with downstream‑processing companies.

Measuring laboratory and 100% quality control
In our own measuring laboratory, we evaluate brightness, homogeneity, contour sharpness, surface quality and durability. Camera‑based systems allow 100% inspection in production, optionally directly inside the cleanroom. Vacuum packaging and ESD‑compliant handling are standard for us – ensuring maximum process reliability in your supply chain.
