We can combine the properties of individual foils through our special lamination process to create a new product with unique characteristics. For example, a highly transparent foil combined with an anti-reflection foil. This way, we create products that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.

In addition to warm air, infrared rays are also used for our customized manufacturing processes. The combination of various printing and drying methods makes our technical foil so resistant and high-quality. Our external and internal visual inspection is supported by camera-based systems. Inspection can also be conducted in cleanrooms using specialized measuring instruments. Vacuum packaging and ESD protection are standard for us. This comprehensive monitoring ensures the highest quality and reliability of our products.

        Films for interior and exterior – automotive & commercial vehicles

        We produce special films that are printed on both front and back and meet the Volkswagen interior standard (TL226). The main advantage is that no cover glass is required, enabling optimal illumination. This can be a classic dial display for a speedometer, symbol films (indicator foils) for ambient interior lighting, or films for headlights / turn indicators with dead‑front effect.

            In our in‑house laboratory we can measure homogeneous illumination (LMK camera), determine tolerances of printed layers and die‑cuts, and calculate distortion in 3D forming.
